I know, I got a"flare" even though I wasn't using a flash. I gotta say though, these carved oils on wood don't photograph well even when there's no flare. In the "flesh" they're very rugged/intricate + nuanced.

I like this but I can't see it very well. It seems to have a lot happening on the surface and have depth as well.
