I was born in Switzerland and immigrated to Vancouver, BC, Canada as a child. I graduated from the Emily Carr University of Art + Design Honours Painting, Vancouver) + Nova Scotia College of Art + Design (Photography, Halifax) + studied film at Concordia University in Montreal. My work has been shown in Vancouver, Seattle, Halifax, Montreal, Toronto, New York, Lausanne and Zurich.

I labour diligently to make art that looks effortless, spontaneous and timeless in Montreal and Eastern Townships, Quebec.

Content wise, I am an art crow. Our world is full of shiny bright things begging to be painted. Beloved domestic objects, strange vehicles, faces of all ages, animals wild and close by, exotic and common birds, rivers and in particular, in the last few years, trees and landscapes.

In Montreal, Sept 5-10, 2013 at Galerie Espace, my live model group that meets every Monday from fall to spring every year consisting of Hannah Alpha, Beth Haarsma, Robert Wiseman, Morton Rosengarten + yours truly exhibited some work.
